This was the cleanest shop I have seen. Jake helped me and was very personable and knowledgeable. I have been involved with cars for 75 years. My Dad use to build cars and raced Nascar in the 50’s beside Ralph Earnhardt. I have tinkered with and built cars since I was 10. Just getting too old to crawl under them. I think I have found a new shop!

The experience with Hako was the most pleasant mechanic experience I have ever had. I needed some work done on my Honda Civic in 24hrs prior to heading out for a trip and they were able to squeeze me in between all other repairs they had going on. They listened to my needs and we’re able to provide easy to understand diagnostic on the repair and the follow up needed. They will be my repair shop moving forward. This is the second time I have used Hako Auto for repairs on my automobiles. Always accurate estimates, quality work, and honest and professional communications. They are skilled in servicing and repairing all makes all makes of vehicles which is good for my family as we own BMW's, Suburbans, VW's, and Fords. Had some engine work done and it was completely fixed within 2 days. They even topped off the wiper fluid and put air in my tire so I’ll definitely be coming back when I have any issues!
Called Hako’s to inquire about my Nissan and immediately Jake sounded extremely professional over the phone. He even offered a local towing service with Troutman’s All American Towing to get my car over to him and he was very nice also. Although my car had further issues that will need to be addressed by the dealership, I was still highly satisfied with the customer service and respect I was given. 10/10 recommended. I will refer anyone to Hako and bring my vehicle to him for any future services once I get it back running. Thank you again!
Typically, I complete most of the work on my vehicles myself. Due to time constraints I knew I had to take it in to get my transmission serviced. I am so happy I decided to take my 4Runner to Hako Auto. The staff was friendly, service was great, they even have a master Toyota tech. I will definitely be back in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.
I haven’t been long moved to the Statesville area and my Jetta is fast, bought and paid for…but I always had issues. So I need a trusting good mechanic. This was the first first place I came across and I spoke with Jake on the phone and the universe sent me in a good direction because they are great! They really do care about the customer and because of that I will always come here with any car issues.

Every step of the process of getting my BMW 335Is repaired was very easy and stress free! Jake was very professional in how he presented himself and Hako Auto. Drop off was easy and they were quick but thorough in their diagnosis of the repairs my car needed. Everything was explained in great detail what needed to be done immediately and things that would be able to done in the future. I was given updates on my car several times so I always felt in the loop on the progress of my car's completion. I highly recommend giving these guys a try to meet your car care needs.
